The Admiral on Baltimore

We have been coming to the Admiral for years. We love the free parking in the garage and being steps to the boardwalk and beach. Rooms are always clean and the front desk staff is so always so courteous and helpful. Mary, the general manager goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your stay and everything is to your liking. I love the free coffee , tea and hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. We stay one time across the street and the rooms were 1/2 the size and cost twice as much. Also they didn’t have free coffee in the lobby! We went right back to the Admiral. The only thing that I would love is if the removed the glass roof over the pool. An outdoor pool at the beach is better although I know some like being able to swim inside during inclement weather. All in all I would give it a5++++++ stars!

Just stayed here for a long labor day weekend vacation, and it was great! The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and well stocked, and we had plenty of towels for our stay. Definitely not the most modern inside, but it was still very comfortable. Being able to park one vehicle for free during our stay was a huge plus. Definitely would stay here again!

The location: It was literally a minute away from the beach, and it was a central location to the shops, boardwalk, and restaurants. The manager and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lighting was bit dark in the bathroom as well as in the main room. The bathroom tub was shaped oddly. The pool, unfortunately, was not available at the time we stayed. Overall, a great place to stay for a bargain and the location. The beach was clean. Well-staffed with life guards. The crowd size was just right, and the people there were peaceful and respectful. There was a variety of things to do, and many things were walkable.

Steps from the boardwalk and beach! Super friendly people are very helpful with any concerns or questions. Rooms have been renovated nicely. Construction nearby makes the outside of the building look bad, But nothing they can do about that. Typical salt water wear, but it didn’t ruin the enjoyment.

My family and I stayed here this past week for the first time . We had 2 seperate rooms. This was our favorite hotel we've stayed at over the last few years . The rooms were nice. Location is great. Office staff was wonderful. And housekeeping was amazing. I've never seen more clean rooms In all my years of vacation. Every day they were so on point. Asked us what time they could go in to clean and followed that. I would highly recommend this hotel. Pricing was decent compared to other places. Only thing I will say is that I thought it was supposed to be animal free and we did hear what sounded like a small dog barking in an older ladies room. I don't think she was allowed to have a dog in there nor do I think the hotel was aware so that's definitely not the hotels fault. (If there's no animals allowed in there). Don't mind the mess in the room. We had just got everything in our rooms and didn't unpack yet. Lol

We had a wonderful stay at the Admiral Hotel, August 3 - 6, 2025! The location is great, right next to the boardwalk and just steps from the ocean. Parking is convenient, our rooms were clean, and there is always hot coffee in the lobby. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were polite, cheerful and helpful. Thanks for making our family vacation relaxing and fun!

I stayed at the Admiral on Baltimore on the Fourth of July weekend. You get to park one car for free per room. The pool is open. It is a few steps away from the boardwalk and the beach. And everything is within walking distance. I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. The room was nice and clean. They have a nice size refrigerator a microwave. There was a table with two chairs. They have a fourth floor deck that had a great view of the firework show. The walls are thin because there was a family with children in the room next to me and you could hear them running and you can hear them speaking, but I think they were speaking a little loud, but that was for a little bit, but during the night it was nice and quiet. I was on the fifth floor and it was a nice partial view room. The staff were very friendly and if you need anything, they were available to answer your questions. I will be staying here again in the future.

We have been enjoying the Admiral hotel for years. It is very close to the beach and there is parking. You can even can see the fireworks from the hotel. We were there on the 4th of July and greatly appreciate the cleaning of the room by Marvin. He did an excellent job, even though he is the maintenance person. On arrival, we were asked when do we want the room cleaned, morning or afternoon. We chose the afternoon. Out of the four days we were there, fortunately, we had to remind the front desk only twice. Once Mary helped clean the room and the other time Marvin cleaned the room. The reason I was told that the room was not cleaned was somewhere between, the hotel did their best effort and the cleaning crew relied on tips to supplement their minimum wage. Which is a little confusing to me considering, I was paying over $300 a day for the room. We do enjoy the Admiral hotel. We plan to stay at the hotel in the future. I hope, I really hope that the Owner of the hotel would share more of the room rate with the cleaning staff, so that the Admiral Hotel can meet their commitment of cleaning the room every day, as they asked.
